For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 15% buyer’s premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit card on file will be charged.  Credit card ‘may’ be charged separately once shipping charges are established.

COIN AUCTIONS: All items in our numismatic auctions are guaranteed to be as stated in the description.  We will accept returns on any items that is not as stated in the description.  Shipping / Packaging is done on the week following the auction and will be packaged once payment has been secured. Most coin auctions are shipped pretty quickly as they do not require a lot of packaging. 

FIREARMS AUCTIONS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws.  An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded.  A $10 fee will be charged for this service on site on the first fire arm and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online as well for processing.  Any fire arms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location.  If the winner possess his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. (Normally hand guns are $25 and rifles are $45 but depending on weight this could be a little higher) A shipping charge will be assessed for packaging & materials and will be charged on a separate invoice for the shipping charges so you will receive 2 invoices and will have 2 different charges on your card. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing.  Any person bidding on firearms agree to the entire above prior to bidding and must know the laws of their own state guidelines.

Fusion Mall will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction and normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier, bidder to pay associated costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge.  Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company.  Insurance is required for any and all purchases.  Insurance is assessed at $1.20 per hundred with a $1.20 minimum insurance cost.

Preview is available online only prior to the start of online timed auctions and will be online prior to the start of the auction and up to the time of the auction and all the way through the auction until the last item sells. Contact Fusion Mall with additional questions at 318-828-2915.

Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction.  Items not removed within this time period will be sold for storage charges or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day for storage.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor.   FUSION MALL may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall FUSION MALL be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. FUSION MALL shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.  FUSION MALL will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

FUSION MALL is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against FUSION MALL or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. FUSION MALL will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. FUSION MALL reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

On-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction.

In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between FUSION MALL and the bidder throughout any transactions.
