Terms Of Sale in Our In House Auctions

All items are sold “as-is” “where-is” without any expressed warranty so please be sure to inspect all items prior to bidding

All items must be paid for prior to removing from building. (Live auctions only)

Items won and paid for must be taken from the auction house on the day of the live auction unless prior arrangements have been made.  Any items left over 7 days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the auction house to be auctioned off for storage fees.

Unless specifically stated all of our auctions are held with reserve.  

We accept absentee bids for any items in our auction. 

Announcements made on the day of the auction precede any pre-printed or prior announcements. Most of our auctions are online now on several different venues so add your email to our list for notifications.

A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all sales.

We accept cash, pre-approved checks, MasterCard & Visa for payment.  (For those wishing to write checks, please visit the cashiers booth for approval prior to bidding)
